After completing her studies and internships, Rafeeqah—born and bred in Mitchell’s Plain—faced the challenge of finding work. In February 2025, she turned her love for making biltong into a bold new venture: Fiekz Biltong.
What began as a few packets shared with friends quickly became a local favourite. Snack lovers couldn’t get enough of her mouth-watering, tender cuts—made with the finest ingredients and traditional methods.
